During this period,in the case of non-human factors, we will provide corresponding accessories free of charge.
Machine installation:
Before machine shipment, we will install all the accessories.Molds and program will be installed and debugged before leaving the factory.
After receiving the machine, you only need to connect the power (add oil if hydraulic machine) ,then you can use it.
Training:
We provide paid on-site training. We can send engineers to your factory for training, guidance, maintenance and other work.
Operator training for tool and machine set up, plus programming is available for free at our works in HUASHUN.
After-sales Service:
HUASHUN service team would do tech support online for the machine life time.
After receiving the problem, we will give the solution within 24
hours.
